The GREEN ACT 4U project has a double vision: on one hand it centers the environment and the fight against climate change, and on the other hand it seeks to strengthen the employability of young people, particularly those identified as NEETs (Not in Employment, Education or Training), as well as their sense of active citizenship. These objectives can both be satisfied by promoting green entrepreneurship and employment within the “green transition” sector.

As such, GREEN ACT 4U’s main goal is to empower young NEETs with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to create environmentally sustainable businesses and become active contributors to the green transition.

More specifically, the project’s objectives are

  1. To provide NEETs with the tools and training necessary to establish green enterprises
  2. To foster an entrepreneurial mindset through education in innovation, creativity, and sustainability,
  3. To enhance youth employability by equipping participants with green job skills relevant to the labor market,
  4. To create innovative digital resources and interactive storytelling tools that inspire and engage young people,
  5. To encourage public engagement, networking, and policy, recommendations that support sustainable youth entrepreneurship.

GREEN ACT 4U includes 3 partners, XENIOS POLIS, SEA Tuscia and ARSINOE from 3 countries, Greece, Italy and Cyprus accordingly.
