PEER4U aims to empower secondary education teachers and students to interact and engage with their disabled classmates by getting involved in their daily school life. In this way, it aspires to improve inclusivity in the classroom by creating educational interventions targeted at secondary education teachers or other professionals tasked with educating disabled children.
The objectives of PEER4U are to:

- Empower the secondary education teachers with methodologies and training on dealing with mixed classrooms based on the values of equality & integration, co-education & co-inclusion,

- Support the teachers on guiding their students and their fellow disabled classmates to take part in a structured peer-to-peer mentoring procedure,

- Provide teachers with the necessary materials and digital tools (such as evaluation tools, a digital learning environment) to achieve their goals enriched with knowledge & hands on skills.
PEER4U includes 4 organizations (ERGASTHRIO EIDIKIS EPAGGELMATIKHS EKPAIDEUSIS PERISTERI – E.E.E.EK. PERISTERI, XENIOS POLIS, SYNCHRONI PAIDEIA, and ARSINOE) from 2 countries (Greece, Cyprus).
